Senior Product Manager 

The Nucleus team is on a mission to help organizations prevent breaches by automating risk-based vulnerability management at scale. Our products help some of the world’s largest companies, government organizations, and MSSPs solve real problems with the ever-increasing scope and complexity of managing vulnerabilities. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to define product strategy, roadmap, development, and GTM for key areas of our product experience. Working with feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, you will prioritize high-impact solutions to customer problems and drive the launch of new products to satisfy our customers’ needs. This is an opportunity to play an important role in guiding the product direction of an expanding startup experiencing rapid growth.  

What You Will Do 

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for key areas of the Nucleus product 

• Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends  

• Define and analyze metrics for product performance, and drive improvement against those metrics over time 

• Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams toward solving customer problems 

• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products  

What You Can Do 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in product management for a technology company 

• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change 

• Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirements 

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills 

• Excellent analytical & presentation skills 

• Comfort working with fully remote and distributed teams in multiple time zones 

• Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset: you take ownership of problems and solutions, not tasks 

• Track record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of enterprise customers 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity 

• Experience in B2B SaaS product management 

• Experience with data integration products
