We’re seeking a Product Manager to define and execute product strategy, roadmap, development, and GTM for a key area of our product experience, our UI/UX platform. Working with feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, you will prioritize high-impact solutions to customer problems and drive the launch of new products to satisfy our customers’ needs. This is an opportunity to play an important role in guiding the product direction of an expanding startup experiencing rapid growth.
What You Will Do
  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ UI/UX platform and associated functionality, including custom analytics functionality and other frontend customization features.
  • Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends
  • Define and analyze metrics for product performance, and drive improvement against those metrics over time
  • Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams toward solving customer problems
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products.
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in product management for a technology company
  • Ownership experience of B2B SaaS UX-focused products
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirements
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills
  • Comfort working with fully remote and distributed agile teams in multiple time zones
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset: you take ownership of problems and solutions, not tasks
  • Track record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Experience in development of products related to data analytics, search, or semantic middleware is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity
  • Experience with products integrating native generative AI functionality (natural language search, agentic automated workflows, etc.)
  • Experience shipping products within the context of a fast-paced AI-enhanced SDLC
