We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager to help scale our demand generation engine. This is a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer who loves building systems, optimizing performance, and connecting marketing execution directly to revenue outcomes.

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 to $175,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer who loves building systems, optimizing performance, and connecting marketing execution directly to revenue outcomes.
What You Will Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, review sites, email nurtures, and partner programs).
- Manage end-to-end campaign workflows—creative, tracking, launch, and performance reporting.
- Implement structured testing to improve offers, messaging, and conversion rates.
- Translate insights into action by adjusting spend, messaging, or targeting to maximize ROI.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI-powered tools and platforms that improve campaign performance, workflows, and audience targeting.
- Develop and maintain campaign playbooks organized by persona, segment, and funnel stage.
- Own and optimize HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABX processes, including lead capture, scoring, and routing.
- Ensure accurate data flow and attribution across systems; maintain a clean, reliable funnel view.
- Build and refine automated workflows that improve campaign efficiency and response time.
- Partner with BDRs to maintain lead SLAs and deliver a seamless AQL handoff.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reporting that clearly tie marketing programs to pipeline impact.
- Identify friction points in the buyer journey and propose operational or process fixes.
- Lead structured experimentation across channels and campaigns, sharing learnings and outcomes with the broader team.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to operationalize GTM campaigns and launches.
- Support leadership with insights, forecasts, and weekly performance readouts.
- Document systems, processes, and workflows to enable scale and transparency.
Your Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Proven success executing and optimizing integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.
- Deep experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Interest in AI comfort exploring new tools to increase marketing efficiency, automation, and personalization.
- Strong understanding of attribution, data quality, and marketing automation best practices.
- Experience managing paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, review sites like G2).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills - able to turn data into action.
- A builder’s mindset: always looking for ways to improve workflows, consistency, and outcomes.
